No. Standard onboarding is free. If you need on-site hardware installation or staff training, we charge a nominal one-time fee.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes, you can switch from Core to Pro at any time. The difference will be prorated for the rest of your billing cycle.

Do I need to buy hardware from you?

Not necessarily. Counter works on any Windows PC. You can use your existing barcode scanners and thermal printers if they are compatible standard devices.

What about my existing data?

We provide Excel import tools for your items and customer lists. For Pro plans, our team can assist with migration from legacy software.
